Item is “Not as Described” or Doesn’t Function Properly:

Security Vulnerability:

Items Not Downloaded:

Refunds are available for items that have not been downloaded. If you accidentally purchase an item or change your mind before downloading, contact us for a refund.

  • You don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it
  • The item did not meet your expectations or you feel the item is of low quality
  • You simply change your mind
  • You bought an item by mistake
  • You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item
  • You claim that you are entitled to a refund but do not provide sufficient information as to why you are entitled to a refund.

  • Provide Evidence: If applicable, provide evidence to support your claim, such as screenshots or detailed descriptions of the issue.
  • Wait for a Response: Our team will review your request and respond to you as soon as possible. We aim to process refunds promptly and fairly.

Refunds are typically issued using the original payment method.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take several days for the refund to reflect in your account.
We reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not meet our refund criteria outlined above.
Refunds are not available for items that have been downloaded or for change of mind.
